- butter-1 tbsp
- half a cup of chopped onion
- half a cup of chopped celery
- 4 (14.5 ounces) can of chicken broth
- 1 (14.5 ounces) of can vegetable broth
- half-pound of chopped cooked chicken breast
- one and a half cups of egg noodles
- 1 cup of sliced carrots
- half teaspoon of dried basil
- half teaspoon of dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
Procedure
Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Saute onion and celery in butter for 5 minutes, or until just soft.
