  • 1 pound chicken ground

  • 2 minced garlic cloves

  • 1-inch grated ginger,

  • 1 tablespoon scallions, thinly diced

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon vinegar (rice)

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  • 1/4 tsp of salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • one package of Gyoza wrappers

Procedure

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl

  • set the Gyoza wrappers on a flat surface

  • fill one tablespoon of the mix on each wrapper

  • create a crescent shape by folding the wrapper over the filling

  • pinch the edges to seal

  • Heat the avocado oil in a large pan over medium heat. Place the gyoza in the skillet, cook till golden brown on one side, then turn and continue on the other.

  • Remove and serve with gyoza sauce.
